WebGAP and WebALE

The Web General Application Protocol (WebGAP) is suitable for graphical terminals in web native environments, such as web browsers with JavaScript, Wasm, SVG and Canvas support, based on ideas from RFCs 192, 493 and 965, as well as Robert Sproull (Xerox PARC) and Elaine Thomas (MIT / project MAC)'s 1974 paper A network graphics protocol, Keith Lantz and William Nowicki (Stanford University)'s 1984 paper Structured Graphics for Distributed System, DEC's ReGIS, the Remote Imaging Protocol, and the Plan 9 draw device.

The Web Application Launch Environment (WebALE) presents the web native environment for seemlessly integrating with IoT gadgets, building automation equipment, mobile, and other computing devices.
